Diana Musgrave, Partner
Concentrating on divorce and family law, with a wealth of experience handling estate related issues, Diana has been in practice for over 25 years and has been highly successful representing clients at every level of Court in Nova Scotia.
Frequently appearing in the Supreme Court (Family Division), Diana has acted as precedent-setting counsel in numerous complex and novel matters. However, as a former president of Family Mediation Nova Scotia, her focus is on achieving results outside of court.
Diana obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1984 and her law degree from Dalhousie University in 1987. She articled at Daley Black and Moreira before her call to the bar in 1988; later becoming a partner in the firm.
Diana knows it is critical that individuals not only have a strong and experienced advocate on their side, but that they also have the knowledge and guidance they need to confidently make the best decisions for themselves and their families.
